Professional and quality care. They are very responsive. My only negative is that certain procedures are handled from your car. Someone comes out, takes the dog and then brings the dog back. In theory, it's a good
idea except in the pouring rain. The tech got soaked and my dog got mud all over my car seats. And trying to talk to the person in the rain is not helpful.
Watertown Animal Hospital is the best! Doctors, techs, and office staff are kind, caring and polite. Had my kitty there for dental work yesterday. They went above and beyond to care for him. It means a lot to have your loved one be treated with kindness and compassion along with expert dental work.
Thumpurr is doing well and is happy today. He just wants to cuddle!!
Loved my experience with Watertown Animal Hospital everyone is super friendly not only to me but also my fur baby. They schedule appointments ASAP and are very affordable compared to other places. Will be my go to Vet from now on ❤😻 …
I have been a faithful customer for over 30 years. I drive a long way to come here because it is good quality care for my pets. Amazing doctors and the vet techs are always so kind and amazing. Absolutely LOVE watertown animal hospital!!
I took my girl Bella here because I thought she had a UTI after having constant accidents in the house which was very unlike her. Turns out she had diabetes. I was there at least every other week since diagnosis in February and money is tight for me, but they never turned me away knowing that I may not have all the money upfront. I was able to make it work, but they still gave me discounts and proved that they weren’t just trying to make money off of her illness, they did everything to treat her. And the way the staff handled her, they were so loving and kind to her, holding her and telling her what a good girl she was. Her status unexpectedly changed one day and I rushed her in and unfortunately it was her time. I wasn’t even charged an emergency visit. They saw how terribly devastated I was and gave me as much time as I wanted saying my goodbyes to her, let me come in and stay with her the entire time, and even allowed me to call a family member to come and say their goodbyes with me. They assured me we’d exhausted all options and the humane thing to do was to make her comfortable. They could have easily charged me hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars to keep her for observation and keep her stable, but that wouldn’t be fair to her as she was uncomfortable. When it was done, they didn’t even ask for payment and just said I can take a few days and pay when I was ready or I could wait until I picked her up. They coordinated 100% of her cremation service as well through Regency/Inserv. I was too distraught and heartbroken so they must have picked everything out for me and when I picked her up, I was SO thrilled with the picture frame box with her ashes and her paw print. They even sent me a personalized sympathy card in the mail. Now, I will not take my other dog anywhere else.
I bring all of my cats here. One of my cats has a difficult illness and Dr. Miska is always willing to fit him in for last second appointments when he has a flair up. I also get calls to check in on how he is doing which i greatly appreciate. Jen, Crystal and Jill at the front desk are always helpful and kind. The techs are lovely as well and i know they love animals. One in particular always fawns over my little Pumpkin. It helps me know he is in good hands.
Dealing with my cats struggle with illness is overwhelming but the staff at Watertown Animal Hospital are always there to answer my questions and make sure my cat is okay. I cant tell you how much I appreciate everyone who is helping us through this process. Thank you.
My dog had a medical emergency while I was visiting friends in the area. They fit me in, and gave excellent care. The entire staff honestly could not have been more compassionate. I immediately knew that we were in the best of care. I am so thankful!
I absolutely loved it here. The staff is awesome and courteous and were a treat to speak with. Thank you for helping me with my little guy, Fenris.
